Our Services
We believe that every child deserves time in their day to explore playful, yoga-inspired movement, to breathe, and be their truest selves in a class that feels safe & joyful. We are a mobile children’s yoga studio providing yoga and mindfulness classes to schools, preschools, libraries, & community spaces. Additionally, we offer workshops for teachers and schools, yoga birthday parties, family yoga classes, and adult classes.

What to expect
Classes are held in your space, designed to fit into your schedule, and tailored to meet the developmental needs of your students and the needs of your school or program. We provide all props and materials necessary for each class.
Classes will often incorporate breath work, yoga poses, yoga games, songs, storytelling, and relaxation, while allowing children to release energy and express themselves through movement. Classes should feel exploratory, imaginative, and joyful!
We hope that our classes allow children to feel safe to be themselves, while learning how to be in community.
ALL children are welcome in our classes.
